Inspiring 2009 Mentor Awards
 

Our warm and heartiest congratulations to Associate Hu Jiangyong, who was one of the sixteen winners of the National University of Singapore’s Inspiring 2009 Mentor Awards. The awards ceremony was held on Saturday, 11 July 2009.

Associate Professor Hu Jiangyong - an inspiring mentor who encourages her students to stretch their intellectual capacities: "I pace my lessons in line with students' learning pace as I believe in nurturing all the students to their best abilities and not leave anyone behind."

   

The 2009 ProSPER.Net-Scopus Young Scientist Award

(ProSPER.Net stands for the Promotion of Sustainability in Postgraduate Education and Research)

We are proud to announce that Associate Professor Hu Jiangyong was conferred The 2009 ProSPER.NET-Scopus Young Scientist Award in the category of Engineering and Technology.



The Panel has cited at the Award Ceremony that “This award is recognition of Dr. Jiangyong Hu’s outstanding contributions to alternative source of potable water; the developed technology has high potential for application in water shortage countries in the region”.

Application can be made either by paper-based application or via the online application system.

 

Please note that even though an application is submitted online, relevant supporting documents must be sent via post. In order for the applicant to be considered for a specific intake, the online application, payment and available supporting documents must all reach us by 22 November 2009.
